Every 6th of the month at Paris DJs is KOLOGBO DAY and this one is a special one — those in the know will understand — and this is why we're fulfilling Kologbo's request to reissue his "Change The System" tune. It was released 10 years ago on his first album, "Remember Fela Anikulapo Kuti", with German band Afrobeat Academy. Kologbo had heard it played in a mix from Paris DJs' podcast, and wanted everyone to be able to hear this Grant Phabao remastered version. The song is a tight & funky afrobeat piece with killer lyrics. "It's still time to change the system a few years after, because the system is a fraud", says Kologbo.
